  1. Concurrent users
    Limits the number of users that can login simultaneously. An unlimited number of users and computers can have access to the system.
  2. Collections
    Multiple collections are relevant when collections have their own accession numbers. The collections will share taxonomy, but will have their own locations and maps. The same software options will apply to all collections, with the exception of website modules. Get in touch for further information.
  3. Annual fee
    For software the fees include free access to support, training material, updates and improvements. For services the fees cover our hosting expenses.
  4. Data migration
    Cost will vary depending on database platform, complexity and the quality of your data. Send us your data and we will give you a fixed cost.
  5. Database hosting
    Cloud database hosting uses Microsoft Azure SQL.This service has 99.95% guaranteed availability. Get more information.
  6. Pricing policy
    We are committed to keeping our prices at a low and predictable level.
    Prices are adjusted annually based on inflation rates and currency exchange rates.
    Our annual price adjustments are normally between 0 and 5%.
